Work your way up to kneeling the entire time. You can always do this series with one leg on the floor.
Remember that you can do ALL of my "all 4" videos using a chair to elevate your upper body. Most videos you would keep one foot on the floor. This series challenges core and balance by staying on the chair.
Pregnancy and hotel rooms are just two examples of when you may want to be higher.
