Includes 3 videos for each trimester of your pregnancy. 9 videos total, guide you and keep you fit throughout your pregnancy. Each trimester has 2 full body workouts and 1 full body toning workout. All videos are customized for your pregnancy journey!
As a mom of three girls, I know the challenges of working out while pregnant. All videos are non-impact, set at a slower pace, but deliver the same full body workout you feel in my Elite Endurance Barre classes.
