Hello,
Could more 30 min cardio classes be added to the content? I have quite a lot of weight to lose. The added cardio would be helpful.
Thank you
T
Hi T!
Of course!
Is there a specific video that you like? I can definitely do a "quickie cardio 30"
Nothing specific. Total body would be great! I didn’t get a chance to do a full scan of all the workouts except for the cardio section. A few videos with Pilates ring would be wonderful. It’s hard to find quality at home videos using the ring, in my experience. If you currently have videos, please disregard this request. I am a new subscriber and will start my first workout tomorrow! Thank you for great content at a reasonable price. You can tell your passion for teaching in your tone and energy.
Thanks so much! I truly love and believe in this workout! Check out the 30 minute "cardio breakdown" in the cardio section and/or any of the 30 minute workouts. Some will specifically say "no cardio" but I think I only have 2. I LOVE cardio, so important. You may not be "jumping around" for 30 minutes, but my elevated pace keeps you in the "cardio zone"
This gives you the ability to ALWAYS stay on track! Even on days you are tired! Also check out my full classes. My clients comment that the warm-up is workout alone, and combine that with my cardio series, that's a good 20 minutes. Then, do the barre section for "cardio paced sculpting" and you will see a difference! I personally think that combining 20 minutes of cardio with a short sculpt yields great results and it's never impossible to finish. Remember that consistency is key. I truly feel that my body regained its strength and form after 3 babies because I never lost track!
Scroll though, try some combo workouts and shorter videos. I love the zoom recordings because they are more raw. Remember that you get a free zoom to feel the workout if you choose!
I WILL film a 30 minute cardio and more circle videos...thanks for the feedback T! You are keeping me in shape! The pilates circle is the BEST and HARD!
Great! Thank you for the advice! I appreciate it.
